Operating an account registered in someone else's name, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by its actual owner.
Age and Identity Verification

5.2 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals are also processed through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
5.3 Payment Account Match
The mobile number registered on your gb44 account must match the mobile financial service number used for payments. Transactions using a third-party payment account are not permitted.
5.4 Transaction Security

Bonus Terms
gb44's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.
6.1 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may be used to place bets on all types of slots and casino games.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after wagering is complete.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If a withdrawal is requested after claiming a bonus but before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
6.2 VIP Program
gb44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs by tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week.
Betting Rules
All users must follow the designated rules for sports betting on gb44.
7.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation is received from the system. If no confirmation is received due to a network issue, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
7.2 Multi Bet
A multi bet allows you to place a single wager on multiple events. If all selections are not correct, the entire bet is lost. Events included in a multi bet must not be dependent on one another.
7.3 Event Cancellation
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that event will be fully refunded. If the event was part of a multi bet, that selection will be removed and the result of the bet will be determined based on the remaining selections.
7.4 Erroneous Odds
gb44 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or abnormal odds. In such cases, the stake may be refunded in full or recalculated based on the correct market odds.
Casino and Slots
gb44 offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and fishing games. Each game is governed by the rules of its respective provider.
8.1 Game Results
All casino and slot game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial. Each game result is independent of previous results.
8.2 Live Casino
If a dealer or table issue occurs during a live casino session, the session will be considered void and any applicable funds will be refunded. Live game rules are governed by the regulations of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, or other relevant studios.
8.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a network or server problem, gb44 will determine the result based on saved data or refund the stake. Any claim for winnings where the game was not completed will not be accepted.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gb44. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

- Match fixing or betting through any other fraudulent method.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.

- Placing bets on behalf of or together with other users in a way that deviates from the genuine purpose of betting.
Account Suspension and Closure
gb44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without stating a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
10.1 Voluntary Account Closure
A user may also request to close their account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed, and the relevant rules regarding any ongoing wagering requirements will apply. 10.2 Inactive Accounts
If there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate the account, the support team must be contacted.
Limitation of Liability
gb44 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

- Loss caused by a user's own negligence or error.
- Unauthorised use resulting from disclosure of login details to another person.
